Yes, Envision Data Transformer can import IPMR Format 1-4, 6 & 7 data as well as the IPMDAR Contract Performance Dataset (CPD) and Schedule Performance Dataset (SPD). There are also areas in the Proteus Dashboard Apps to copy in the Format 5 narrative analysis or IPMDAR Performance Narrative Report to integrate it with the cost and schedule performance data to facilitate analysis, as well as Proteus Dashboard Apps to collect the contractor narratives and generate those reports.
Yes, the schedule exporters have a wizard that allows the user to enter in auxiliary data needed in IPMR/IPMDAR submission that may not exist in the native schedule as well as setting up a field map from user defined fields, activity codes and custom fields depending on the underlying schedule software, including value maps to fields that have a list of code values. These settings can also be saved and re-used on subsequent exports.
Yes, we have standard templates to capture and import in related IPPM datasets such as Integrated Master Plan (IMP), Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) Dictionary, Statement of Work (SoW), Resource Assignment Matrix (RAM) and the relationships across datasets such as SoW paragraphs to WBS/IMP Elements.
