Integration of contract deliverables and configuration of contract deliverables
Key Operational Functions:
- Listing of CDRLs under the contract (DRDs, DiD items), tabbed by categories (project management, systems engineering, safety and mission assurance, technology, etc.), with number ID, description, expected initial delivery, update frequency, owner, backup owner. This information is synchronized with actual deliverable status, date due, date received, and status (under evaluation, accepted, rejected) with a link to the submittal linked from central location.
- Reference listing of Project Documents along with versioning for each.
- Project Control Plans and their evolution through the lifecycle of the project (SEMP, VVP, FOP, IP, PP, Environmental, etc.).
- Tracking of versions of contract deliverables.
- Any other metrics of interest to management can be incorporated into a tab with indicators.
