An analytical Dashboard Application that integrates the underlying cost and schedule data and other artifacts linked to test-step results derived from showing drill down from contract to control accounts to tasks to time-phased data and logic links
Key Operational Functions:
- Detailed listing of all elements that the test metrics were applied against.
- Data is organized hierarchically and laterally, as appropriate, to illustrate interrelationships. Linked to artifacts such as WBS Dictionary, RAM, WAD, and IMP.
- Contains all CA, WBS Dictionary, RAM, WAD, and IPM level data, time-phased as structured.
- Contains associated schedule from IMS (IPMDAR SPD or IPMR Format 6). Also identifies predecessors and successors.
- Overlay visualization illustrates time-phased schedule start-and-finish over PMB at summarized CA level.
- At each level, test metric trips are listed, as applicable.
- Histograms provide additional visualization/analytics on time-phased cost data..Alerts that list test-metric ID that tripped with related element in live link that will filter directly to the details of the element and trip.
- Dashboard to illustrate different organizational breakdowns, element breakdowns, and summarization of various data elements as determined by the user.
