Key Operational Functions:
- Provides hazard register that lists those hazards identified by engineering personnel. Illustrates where each fall on the hazard matrix prior to and after mitigation.
- Related to probability and severity cube.
- Tab for quality assurance site surveillance visits registering details and the surveillance line numbers related to the details.
- Production of Site Surveillance Report which illustrates surveillance type, line number, whether personnel are trained, whether the item is configuration managed, whether procedures were followed, whether tools controlled, non-conformance controlled, part identifiable, records controlled, redline changes controlled, and inspection process results acceptable. Further area for user input for the reasoning behind any “no” responses. Also contains visit summary and follow-on action tracking.
- Listing of non-compliance reports as applicable, with information to show contractor, NCR number, NCR date, originator, whether component damaged, disposition type, NCR description, whether reviewed, and date.
