IMS Driving Path

Enables schedule analysis by allowing users to filter driving paths to a selected milestone in the IMS and provides a comprehensive selection of best practice analytical information for use on the IMS.

Purpose-built Dashboard Application focused on schedule analysis that allows the user to select a task in the IMS and filter the preceding or succeeding driving paths to a selected milestone. Contains comprehensive selection of other best practice analytical information for use on the IMS

Key Operational Functions:

  • Selections of the type of Driving Path Analysis as options. These are All Tasks, Predecessor Driving Path, Successor Driving Path, Predecessor Path, Successor Path.
  • Driving Path analysis performed against the IMS task IDs.
  • Builds path of least amount of total float to each selected milestone.
  • Visualization includes entire schedule (all tasks). Once driving path option is selected a Grid/GANTT chart of the path is displayed.
  • Histogram illustrates along the time-phased path the number of finishes/starts for late and early dates, cumulative finishes/starts for late and early dates, with comparison to the schedule baseline in all cases, per the selected driving path method.
  • Completion heat-map of past performance against baseline and forecast dates.
  • Data quality indicators delivered as alerts and linked to the portions of the data requiring inspection and/or correction.
