- Selections for advanced analytical metrics at the contract, WBS, and OBS levels
- Comparison of dollarized schedule variance compared to IMS forecast-to-date baseline finish. Includes analysis against original baseline, previous and current forecasts to determine point of convergence.
- Dollarized cost performance variance compared to cumulative IMS duration. Shows forecasted duration growth in the IMS.
- Earned value compared to IMS duration-based % complete.
- Format 4 EQP vs. Count of IMS schedule activities open during each period to determine correlation and disconnects on EQP planning. Could also indicate inconstant loading of work across work packages that relate to the IMS activities.
- EV SPI index compared to the IMS critical path finish baseline date.
