- Dashboard for portfolio and project level 1 performance data for consolidation of metrics.
- Analysis narrative input applied against selected portfolios or projects.
- Cockpit view of high level variances, burn rate, performance trends, mitigation opportunities, CPI, SPI, VAC, MR trending, Staffing, Schedule Growth, Contract Profile and other important information for use by management.
- Includes schedule metrics and schedule milestones rolled up from EnvisionData DB elements.
- More detailed graphs and charts at the portfolio level and for drill-down to details as necessary. This includes a portfolio Bulls-Eye chart and other visualizations.
- Can be customized and components from other workspace applications incorporated as needed by management.
- Reporting either real-time or using the Proteus Report Engine for incorporation into PowerPoint, pdf, HTML, and other formats.
