IBR Execution – Administration

Establishes the framework to conduct IBRs across projects and programs.

 Global Templates that contain:

• Checklist of IBR prep deadlines prior to conducting the review. Can be adjusted as necessary.
• Global list of IBR questions from the appropriate organizational guide.
• Listing of deliverables and artifacts related to the review.
•  Tab to Initiate New IBR Event, which contains:
• Data entry of Contract ID, IBR Month, IBR Date, Data Cutoff date, Project Name, Contractor Name, IBR Coordinator Name, and IBR Coordinator e-mail.
•  Project Management Team IBR Roles and Responsibilities.
• Integration from Contract ID data.
• Listing of roles, and contact names and e-mails
• Dropdown for roles are COR, Coordinator, Facilitator, Subteam Leads, and Team Leads.
•  Reference Tab to Appropriate IBR Handbook
• Word document link in Proteus.
