An Dashboard Application to manage the CAM interviews with supporting EVM and schedule data to record responses
Key Operational Functions:
- Listing of CAMs and the related date for BAC, EAC, and % Complete, linked to Control Account WBS details, further linked to schedule, time-phasing (BCWS by EOC) pivots for determination of elements of cost contributing to BAC, grid of data by month, and historical cost performance data. All elements are sortable and can be visually pivoted for further analysis .
- For the selected CAM the listing of the associated questions used to conduct the IBR event, with the CAM response documented.
- Program level analysis to include listing of all CAs and their performance, entire IMS, Dashboard area for analysis of CAMs and proportional impact of performance against BAC, generated RAM, critical path, WBS Dictionary in tree-view, and project financial management execution data/reports.
