A workspace that integrates multiple project schedules together for analysis, including ability to set portfolio baseline schedule to track execution against and defining giver/receivers across projects to track variances and margin across handoffs

Key Operational Functions:

• Integrate multiple project schedules from MS Project to create a portfolio, such as a Program level schedule of disparity projects or any other consolidation of schedule data
• Ability to define giver/receivers across projects to track margin and float between handoffs
• Ability to set and manage a portfolio baseline to track performance against
• Provides all previous period task data for trending and analysis
