Additional information

How we protect your data

SNA Software® has instituted NIST 800-171 security procedures. SNA has appropriate physical, electronic, and systems procedures in place to safeguard personal, company, and corporate information. While no company can completely guarantee that a breach cannot occur, particularly given the technology of third party state actors, SNA has employed appropriate measures to safeguard customer information based on the level of sensitivity and possible damage such disclosure may engender.

What data breach procedures we have in place

All computers and other electronic storage devices containing personal and sensitive customer information are stored on encrypted drives that minimize the amount of information that can be collected even if a breach occurs. SNA Software® employs a third-party encryption method for internal and sensitive e-mail communications. Our physical connections to the internet are protected by physical and electronic firewalls and the use of VPN. Highly sensitive information that requires storage is air-gapped. Two-step login procedures are employed for access to internal systems. Anti-virus and anti-spyware monitoring is employed on SNA electronic devices. Customer information provided through technical support is not saved past the period required to address the specific requirement of the effort. Physical procedures are in place to ensure that conversations and other communications involving customer proprietary, competition-sensitive, and personal information are not compromised in public.
